Accessibility Statement
We build this site — and the sites we build for clients — to be usable by people with disabilities. We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
What we do
- Semantic HTML with a single main landmark and a logical heading order on every page.
- Keyboard access to every interactive element, with visible focus indicators.
- Text and interface colors that meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images and empty alt text for decorative ones.
- Form fields with real labels, clear error messages, and errors announced to assistive technology.
- Tap targets sized for use on a phone, and layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling.
- A skip link to bypass navigation and go straight to the main content.
Known limitations
Accessibility is ongoing rather than finished. Third-party embeds and externally hosted content are outside our direct control, and we may not catch every issue on every device and screen reader combination. If you find something that blocks you, we want to know.
Reporting a barrier
Email hello@potenzasystems.com with the page address and a short description of the problem, including the browser and assistive technology you were using if you know them. We aim to respond within five business days and to fix confirmed barriers as a priority.
