Report original-scope defects in writing within 30 days after launch and Potenza will correct them at no additional charge, separately from the four revision rounds. New scope and third-party changes are not included. On development cancellation, Potenza accounts for actual earned work and authorized nonrecoverable expenses and refunds unearned deposits within 30 days; no punitive restart fees apply.

Potenza configures and oversees hosting. Hosting, domain registration/renewal, and third-party subscription charges are separate and paid by the client; they are not included in the $99/month management fee.

Upon full payment, you own custom deliverables to the extent Potenza owns transferable rights. Reusable infrastructure and third-party/open-source assets remain subject to applicable licenses. You always own your domain, supplied brand materials, and data. Portability depends on licenses and technical requirements; unrestricted portability is not promised.

A standard handoff/export costs $500 only if you request Potenza to perform the actual transfer work. It is not an ownership repurchase or a mandatory cancellation charge. Complex migration is separately quoted and agreed before work.

For nonpayment, Potenza may suspend only website services it controls after the oldest unpaid undisputed invoice is 90 days overdue and at least 15 days' advance written suspension notice with a chance to cure. Any notice shown on the site is neutral: ‘Website temporarily unavailable’. Recoverable site/data is retained for at least 90 days after suspension. Client email, domain, and unrelated services are not affected; no shaming notice is used. Monthly management billing stops once suspended, while existing arrears remain due. Services resume within two business days after undisputed overdue balances are paid, subject to third-party availability.
