Website pricing
Website pricing without the mystery
A one-time build fee plus $199/month to keep it hosted, maintained, monitored, and up to date — with routine edits you request by text.
Every business is different, but you shouldn't need a discovery call just to find out whether a professional website is remotely within your budget.
Our website packages are built for small businesses that want more than something that simply looks good. Every Potenza website is built with performance, mobile usability, technical SEO, analytics, and future growth in mind.

Timeline
Based on scope
Larger websites, multi-location businesses, advanced integrations, custom functionality, and complex SEO projects receive a project-specific timeline.
Businesses competing across multiple services, markets, or locations, with room for project pages, case studies, resource content, and advanced conversion pages.
We won't build thin location pages just to have them.
Example site structure
- Home
- About
- Services
- Dedicated service pages
- Service area / location pages
- Case studies or projects
- Resources
- FAQ
- Contact
An example, not a fixed template. A deeper website architecture built for businesses competing across multiple services, locations, or valuable search categories.
Everything in Growth, plus
- Advanced site architecture
- More extensive service page structure
- Location page architecture where appropriate
- Advanced internal linking
- Complex navigation
- Case study architecture
- Resource or blog architecture
- More advanced forms
- Third-party software integrations where appropriate
- Expanded conversion tracking
- Advanced SEO implementation
- Custom website functionality
- Priority strategy and planning
Large and complex websites are scoped individually based on page count, integrations, functionality, content requirements, and SEO goals.
Page counts are a general scope guideline, not a rigid template. We'll recommend the site structure based on your business, services, customers, and search opportunities. Standard utility and legal pages — privacy policy, terms, accessibility statement, and the 404 page — don't count toward the page allowance. Every Potenza website, at every package level, is built on the same technical SEO foundation; the difference is the depth of the search architecture.
Additional pages
Need more pages?
Pages can be added to any package. What they cost depends on how much thinking goes into them, not just how many there are.
$300–$500 each
Standard additional pages
About subpages, simple service pages, team pages, and general informational pages.
$500–$750 each
Advanced SEO, service, and location pages
These need research, content structure, search intent planning, metadata, internal linking, and a conversion strategy — not just another layout.
Final pricing depends on the amount of original content, research, custom design, and SEO work required.

Add only what you actually need

Service terms
How the service is provided
Potenza provides the website as an ongoing managed service. Clients should own their business domain whenever practical, registered in the client's own name and account; Potenza may manage DNS and technical configuration.
Placeholder — to be finalized in the Potenza service agreement
Final contract language for the following must be established in Potenza's service agreement before launch.
- Website ownership
- Domain ownership
- Content ownership
- Intellectual property
- Termination
- Website portability
- Data export
- Cancellation
Payment
How payment works
- 50%Deposit to begin the project
- 25%When the primary design and structure are approved
- 25%Before launch
For smaller projects we may use a simpler 50% deposit and 50% before launch structure.
Work does not begin until the initial payment is received, and the website is not launched until the final balance is paid.
Revisions
Revisions without the endless loop
Every website package includes two reasonable rounds of revisions.
A revision round means you send consolidated feedback at one time, so changes get made efficiently instead of one at a time over three weeks.
Additional revisions, significant scope changes, or new functionality requested after approval may be billed separately — quoted first, always.
Because “one tiny change” has been known to develop relatives.
Transparency
What isn't included
Unless it's specifically written into your proposal, pricing does not automatically include:
- Domain registration
- Premium third-party software
- Paid plugins
- Stock photography licensing
- Professional photography
- Custom illustration
- Logo design
- Brand identity development
- Paid advertising
- Ongoing SEO campaigns
- Large-scale content creation
- Custom software development outside the agreed scope
- Third-party subscription fees
Any required third-party costs are discussed with you before anything is purchased.
Beyond websites
Need something that's not just a website?
Potenza Systems also solves operational and technology problems for small businesses. Time clocks. Sales tax workflows. Booking systems. Forms. Employee processes. Software integrations. Automations. Reporting. And the strange business problem that doesn't fit neatly into a package.
These projects are scoped separately, because the solution depends entirely on the problem.
If your current solution involves three spreadsheets, four logins, and somebody remembering to do something every Friday, there's probably a better way.
Timeline
Need it yesterday?
Your new website doesn't need to become your next six-month project. If you have your information ready, we can move fast. Really fast.
- No endless discovery meetings.
- No six-week design phase.
- No disappearing developer.
- No website sitting in production purgatory.
Just a clear process, fast execution, and a website built correctly from the beginning.
Questions
Pricing questions, answered plainly
Do I have to manage my own website?
No. That's the point. Potenza manages the website for you.
How do I request changes?
For routine website changes, send Potenza a text with what needs to be changed.
How fast are edits made?
Simple changes can often be completed very quickly during normal business hours. Timing depends on the request and current workload.
Are edits included?
Routine changes to existing website content are included with the managed website plan. New pages, new functionality, major redesigns, integrations, extensive copywriting, and larger projects are quoted separately.
Do I need to learn how to use the website?
No. Potenza manages it.
Who owns my domain?
Clients should retain ownership of their business domain. Potenza can manage the technical configuration.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellation and website portability terms will be clearly outlined in your service agreement.
How can you build websites so quickly?
Modern website development has changed dramatically. Potenza uses AI-assisted development, automation, reusable technical infrastructure, and modern development tools to eliminate repetitive production work while keeping strategy, design decisions, SEO, customization, testing, and quality control in human hands.
Can my website really be ready in a few days?
Many standard 5- and 10-page websites can have a working first draft ready within several business days once we have everything needed to begin. More complex websites and integrations require additional time.
Does fast mean template?
No. Faster development doesn't require cookie-cutter design. Modern development tools allow us to create customized websites without manually rebuilding common technical components every time.
What could delay my website?
The most common delays are waiting for content, photos, approvals, login credentials, third-party access, integrations, or client revision requests.
Can you launch my website in a week?
Sometimes. For straightforward projects where all required content and access are provided immediately, a very fast launch may be possible. However, Potenza does not guarantee launch dates until the project scope and required materials have been reviewed.
Why do websites cost different amounts?
Page count is only part of it. A five-page site with straightforward content is a different job from a fifteen-page site with service pages, integrations, and a content structure built for search. Research, custom layout work, functionality, and SEO depth are what move the number.
Do I have to pay everything upfront?
No. Most projects run 50% to begin, 25% when the design and structure are approved, and 25% before launch. Smaller projects are often 50% up front and 50% before launch.
Is hosting included?
Hosting fees are not included unless the proposal says so. We'll recommend and configure hosting that fits the site, and you keep the account in your own name.
Is the domain included?
No. Domain registration is billed by your registrar and stays in your name. We'll handle the DNS configuration.
How is the website provided?
Potenza provides the website as an ongoing managed service. You should own your business domain, registered in your own name and account, and Potenza manages the technical configuration. Ownership, portability, data export, and cancellation terms are set out in your service agreement.
Can I add pages later?
Yes. Standard additional pages run $300–$500 each. SEO-focused service or location pages run $500–$750 each because they involve research, content structure, and internal linking work.
Do you write the website copy?
We handle structure and can write the copy for $250–$500 per page based on interviews with you. What we won't do is invent claims, testimonials, or statistics about your business.
Is SEO included?
The technical foundation is included in every package: titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, alt text, sitemap, robots.txt, schema, Search Console, analytics, speed, and internal linking. Ongoing SEO campaigns and content strategy are separate services.
Will you guarantee Google rankings?
No, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. Nobody controls Google's results. We control whether your site is fast, crawlable, correctly structured, and worth ranking — and we're specific about what we did and why.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Often yes. If the foundation is sound, improving speed, structure, and conversion paths costs far less than a rebuild. We'll tell you which situation you're in before you spend anything.
Can you migrate my existing site?
Yes, starting at $500. Final pricing depends on size, the existing platform, redirect mapping, content migration, and the technical condition of what's there now.
What happens if I need more revisions?
Every package includes two rounds. Beyond that, additional revisions, scope changes, or new functionality requested after approval are quoted and billed separately — always agreed in advance, never as a surprise line item.
Do you offer payment plans?
The milestone schedule is itself a payment plan. For larger projects we can discuss a longer schedule tied to delivery milestones.
Is the monthly service required?
Yes. Potenza provides the website as an ongoing managed service — the build fee covers design and development, and the monthly service covers hosting, maintenance, monitoring, and routine edits.
Can you integrate my booking software?
Usually. Booking, scheduling, and reservation integrations run $500–$1,500+ depending on the platform and how much of the flow lives on your site. If a tool can't do what you need, we'll say so.
Can you help with something that isn't listed?
Probably. A good share of our work is operational problems rather than websites — time clocks, sales tax workflows, forms, reporting, integrations. Describe the problem and we'll tell you whether we're the right people for it.
Still deciding between packages? See how we build websites or read what technical SEO actually covers.
Not sure which package you need?
That's normal. Tell us about your business, what you already have, and what you're trying to accomplish. We'll tell you what makes sense without trying to sell you 30 pages you don't need.
