Standalone paid engagement

Business Systems Audit

Sixty to ninety minutes with you, then a written plan that says exactly what to keep, what to cancel, what to automate, what to replace, and what to fix first. No project required. No pitch at the end — the deliverable is the plan.

$495–$995 depending on size — credited back if you hire us to implement it

The deliverable

Every tool gets a verdict

Not a list of observations. A decision next to each thing you're paying for and each place your week gets stuck.

Keep

What's already working and shouldn't be touched — including the tools you were told to replace but don't need to.

Kill

Subscriptions nobody uses, duplicate tools, and features you're paying for twice. Usually the fastest money you'll ever save.

Automate

The specific handoffs where information gets typed twice, with the honest math on whether automating each one pays off.

Replace

Anything you've genuinely outgrown, with what it would take to move and what it would cost to stay.

Fix first

The one change with the biggest payoff relative to effort — sequenced so you're not doing everything at once.

Pricing

Priced by how much there is to untangle

$495

Owner-operator

One location, one or two people, a handful of subscriptions. The most common starting point.

$795

Small team

A staffed shop or office with scheduling, payroll, invoicing, and a few tools that don't talk to each other.

$995

Multi-location / complex

Several locations, crews in the field, or an operation with real inventory, job costing, or compliance requirements.

The fee comes back if you build with us

Hire Potenza to implement any part of the plan within 60 days and the entire audit fee is credited toward that project — whether it's a website package, systems work, or automation. If you'd rather run with the plan on your own, that's a fine outcome too.

How it works

One session, one document, one clear next step

  1. 01

    Book the session

Text us. We confirm which tier fits your business, send an invoice, and put 60–90 minutes on the calendar — video or on-site in South Florida and the Keys.

  2. 02

    The working session

We walk through a normal week: how work comes in, who touches it, what gets re-entered, where things fall through. Then we inventory every tool and what it costs.

  3. 03

    The written plan

Within two to three business days you get a plain-language document: the map of how your business actually runs today, and a prioritized keep/kill/automate/replace list with costs and effort.

  4. 04

    Your call

Implement it yourself, hand it to someone else, or hire us. If you hire us within 60 days, the audit fee comes off the project.

Good fit

This is worth doing if

The audit is for owners who know something is off but can't name it precisely enough to fix it — or to hand to someone else to fix.

  • You're paying for software and can't say confidently who uses what.
  • The same information gets entered in two or three places every week.
  • You've been quoted for a project and want a second opinion on whether it's the right one.
  • One person is the only one who knows how a critical process works.
  • You know you need to change something, but not what to change first.

Questions

Audit questions

How much does the audit cost?

$495 for an owner-operator or single-location business, $795 for a multi-person team with several systems in play, and $995 for multi-location or heavier operations. We confirm the tier before we book, so the price never moves after the fact.

Do I get the fee back if I hire you?

If you move forward with implementation within 60 days, the full audit fee is credited toward that project. If you don't, you still keep the written plan and can hand it to anyone — including your own team.

How long does it take?

One working session of 60–90 minutes with you, then two to three business days for us to write it up. You get the document, not a sales deck.

Do I have to prepare anything?

Bring a list of the software you pay for and roughly what it costs. If you don't have one, we'll build it together during the session — that inventory alone is usually worth the meeting.

What if the plan says to do nothing?

Then it says that. Some businesses are already running fine and just need one gap closed. We'd rather tell you that than sell you a project you don't need.

Text us what's frustrating you. We'll tell you which tier fits and get the session on the calendar.
